Brynsley Wins Copy of “In November”
Congratulations to kindergartener, Brynsley, of Atwood Primary School who participated in last week’s Raising Readers at RSU 18 challenge and won a copy of the book! After listening to Mrs. Field read the autumn tale “In November” by Cynthia Rylant, Brynsley submitted her extension activity describing what she hears, sees, smells, tastes, and touches in the fall. Extension activities are meant to go deeper into the topics that our shared stories cover while strengthening literacy skills. Brynsley finished her writing by sharing that she is thankful for school. Superintendent Gartley was able to deliver a copy of the book for Brynsley to enjoy at home!
