Educational Resources

Dear Parents/Caregivers,

All RSU 18 schools and school staff have worked to develop educational resources for learning at home while we are closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Although we recognize that this is not a replacement for in-class instruction, and that not all family schedules will allow the same ability to support their children at home, we do believe it is very important for learning to continue.

We also understand that not all parents have internet access and, in those circumstances, resources will be made available in print at the schools and also at meal sites. If you are a family with internet access, you can access these resources in each of the respective folders.

The resources are labeled by grade-levels in PK-8, and under teacher names in grades 9-12. These resources are created in order to continue to keep students mentally engaged and to help provide some sense of routine going during our school closure. To find resources, pick your grade-level from the list below or choose your teacher’s shared folder in grades 9-12.

Please continue to check our website, www.rsu18.org, for additional resources as these will be updated on a weekly basis. We will continue to update these resources throughout the coming weeks and although our last student day is scheduled for June 5th, these resources will remain available in archived form throughout the month of July.

We want to remind all families that meals (breakfast and lunch) continue to be provided daily from 9:00-11:00 a.m Monday-Friday and encourage families to visit local schools and meal sites to pick up food and resource packets. Please contact the school in which your child attends to make sure that we have packets ready for you.
