Subscribing to Calendars
The RSU 18 District and its schools have many calendars open to the public. By following a few simple steps, you can subscribe to these calendars and stay up to date on your phone, tablet or computer.
Directions for Android
- Open Google Calendar. You can only add a calendar using a link from a computer, not the app.
- Next to “Other calendars” on the left, click the Down arrow
.
- Select Add by URL.
- Enter the calendar’s address in the field provided. The address needs to be an ICAL link.
- Click Add Calendar. The calendar will appear on the left side under “Other calendars.”
Directions for iOS (iPhone)
- Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap Accounts and Passwords
- Tap Add Account
- Tap Other
- Tap Add Subscribed Calendar
- Enter or paste in the location of the calendar. This is typically a web address that ends in .ics (Copy from the text boxes below).
