Hello Robert,

            I just wanted to check in with you about NELE Kids Day on May 18^th. The list of stations and map will be emailed to you a few weeks prior to the event so that you can make copies for your teachers and chaperones. Busses will park separate from cars but we are hoping to keep them all in the same area. There will be a scheduled lunch break time (as in the past) when students can go back to the bus area to get their lunches and if the weather cooperates picnic on the grass.

            For planning purposes I am trying to confirm numbers from the data submitted.

For China Primary I have 14 classes coming with 230 students and 60 adults in 8 busses ($900 reimbursement) from 9:00 AM – 1:00PM.

I do need a copy of your insurance release. After the event please invoice me at this email address and I will send a paper check.

If there are any changes to this plan please let me know.

We are looking forward to the Read ME date too on March 28th.
